Plan

Free/Premium

My Question or Issue

I registered on premium last month. However, the app wont open this morning on my phone, so, I re installed it. Then, I log in through the email and password that I use to avail premium. But, it says that I am currently in free trial. I checked the phone of my sister(she is also using the same email) and she is still in premium. How can this be possible? I tried a lot of times re installing it but my account still says that Im on a free trial.

Hey @Jaja12

Have your sister log off from the account and you try logging in. If it shows that you have premium then atleast we know that your account isn't having issues with its data. At the same time have your sister log on again too. If it shows that you don't have premium and all your songs are gone, then that means you might have accidentally created a duplicate account. At this point you would have to contact Spotify on their online contact form and have them remove the duplicate account.

Let me know how it goes!

Keanu_C
