My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to purchase a 12-month gift card for someone from https://www.spotify.com/purchase/ecards/.

No matter what gift card type I choose and what e-mails I enter, I cannot pass to the payments page. I tried with both Firefox and Chrome and cleared my cached data.

I did the exact same thing about ~3 months ago, buying for someone else and everything worked fine.

Can anyone check to see if it's working on their side or is there a solution for this?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thanks for your quick answer.

I'm not using the app - I tried to buy the gift card (ecard) through the website.

I just tried it again on both browsers, still no luck.
