Disconnecting Facebook from Premium Spotify Account

Please help! I recently disconnected my facebook from my premium Spotify account, then suddenly my premium subscription was lost and all my playlists were gone. I tried to connect my facebook again but still my premium subscription was completely gone. I am the owner of our family premium and my premium subscription was gone but my family members still have there premium activated. How can I retrieve my spotify premium?
