      <title>Changing spotify country and payment method</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help. I live in Finland but I have Spotify USA. It won't let me change the location because it's linked to paypal but when I try to change the payment method it only tells me to switch my location first. What's going on???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
