Charger but not getting premium

Hi guys so my issue is that i got charged for premium from my debet card but still didnt get it. I checked some old topics about same problem and try to check if i don't have multiple accounts or something. I only have one "ivochip" which is also connected to my facebook. I checked my mail etc just in case that I have some hidden account that i dont know about but i didnt find anything. Its still showing that my account is just free - same in pc and phone. Could you please check for which account i got charged and why im not getting my premium? Thanks

In this case, we'd recommend making sure of the following first:

Log out and back into your account

Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system
Check the status of your subscription

Go to your subscription page and check that your account is indeed on Premium.
