I am already paying for spotify premium but want to switch my account to student premium. When I go to change my plan and type in my college, it says, "Your student credentials are already associated with another Spotify account."

How am I able to switch my account to student premium?

To make sure you don't have other Spotify accounts, let's try following this troubleshooting. Also, make sure a family member or friend hasn't used your information to set up the discount on their accounts.

I dont have another account and did change the password on my only account. No other family member used my information to set up a different acount.

Have you tried signing up for the Student Discount in an incognito window or a different web browser?

If that doesn't work, and you get the same error message, it means that your student information is most likely registered on another account. We suggest you go through the steps here under Need help?
