My Question or Issue

Hi, my card is not accepted when I want to update my payment details.. could it be because I tried to pay for premium once with not enough money on ? Now I have to use my Best friend´s card.. The country should match with my card. Thanks guys

Hope you're doing great!

If you cannot update your payment details, could you try using another browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you try using another device?

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
