Premium for family invitation wrong name...

So I have invited my girlfriend to my family subscription and she is receiving the invitation with my brothers name. We live together for a year now and I used to have a family account with my brother but that was canceled over a year and a half ago...what should we do? I checked all my data and nowhere is my brothers name stated.

Hey @VladChiriac,

You might've registered the Premium for Family subscription on your brother's name, but that doesn't necessarily mean he pays for it. It's merely there to show other people who's inviting.

If you go to your account page, under Premium for Family, can you manage the subscription from there, and is your name stated there?

Sorry to hear this! Are you still having trouble inviting your girlfriend to the plan, under the correct name?

If so, can you firstly check you're following the steps here for us?
Also, does clearing your browser's cache/cookies help, or trying things from a different device?

Keep us posted, and if things still don't look right just let us know 🙂
