Payment Via Carrier Billing

I have read in many places online that I can pay for spotify premium with carrier billing. My network is three and I have a surplus of credit which I want to spend. Firstly I contacted Spotify who said it is possible but I have to get my network to do it. I then contacted Three who have instructed me to contact spotify again. Why is this such a problem? Can someone please help me with this issue? Thanks in advance!

You can pay via mobile by following the next few steps:

Head to www.spotify.com/premium.
Select PAY BY MOBILE (your mobile provider).
Enter your mobile phone number and click CONTINUE.
You’re sent a PIN code via text message.
Enter the PIN code and click CONFIRM.

Keep in mind that not all markets offer this payment method. You'll see all available payment methods when you open the link from the first step.
