      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Philippines&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am on the spotify premium family plan, and the payment did not go through this month because the credit card used to pay expired. I tried to pay again but none of my cards won't go through. I am currently overseas in the United States, is it possible the payment isn't going through just because I am in a different country? If that's not it, then why isn't the payment going through?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
