have a regular account and a family account, how do I put them together?

If you make sure your music collection is stored in public playlists, you can visit one account with the other and grab all your songs from there. You can visit an account by putting the following string in the search bar: spotify:user:username

(Don't forget to replace username with your own username. )

When you have all your music where you want it, you can close the account you don't want anymore. You can read here how to close an account. Before you close an account though, be sure you have cancelled the associated subscription, in case there is one active. How to cancel a subscription, look here.
