My Question or Issue

My grandfather created 2 Spotify accounts, and one of them is subscribed to the premium plan. He wants to cancel the subscription but forgot to which profile he purchased it, it's username and password.

The bank keeps charging his card monthly, please help thanks!

Do you still have access to the email that the account is associated with? If so you can look for the reciept from Spotify in that email and within the contents of that email there should be your Username and Password.
