    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to get premium for over a week now. I've tried 4 different cards, different devices even different accounts. I received can subscription email, i've done the troubleshooting steps, gone incognito, changed country, I have done EVERYTHING suggested on the community. This is really frustrating. it worked earlier in the year and now nothing. Please help and please note I HAVE gone through troubleshooting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free, want to be premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;South Africa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Huawei PSmart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iOS 10, Android&amp;nbsp;Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Payment&lt;/P&gt;</description>
