      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22086706"&gt;@Calebbelai&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Username/ID:        xxxxxxx&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login with that username to the website to check the status of your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_blank"&gt;subscription&lt;/A&gt;, and your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt;receipts&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;contact form&lt;/A&gt;, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.
