    <description>Thank you, if you see the attachments on my forum post you will see I tried&lt;BR /&gt;multiple times to get help from support but to no avail. There Is no phone&lt;BR /&gt;number to ring for support &amp;amp; not even a live chat which is an issue what it&lt;BR /&gt;comes to this sort of issue as every month goes by you get charged again...&lt;BR /&gt;and again... and again... and again....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No disrespect to you but it seems like there's only one party winning out&lt;BR /&gt;of this deal &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt; the main issue is that no matter how many emails you send&lt;BR /&gt;you get the same generic ticket response attached with a bill for the next&lt;BR /&gt;month if you know what I'm saying &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;New Zealand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Samsung Galaxy S8, Custom built PC)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Android&amp;nbsp;Oreo, Windows 10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have an issue with Spotify, I am still being charged every month for premium when I have deactivated it. I have three Spotify accounts (*snip*, *snip* &amp;amp; *snip*) all of these I have checked over multiple times and see none are premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to resolve the issue to get reimbursement through here for the account as I don't really want to go through the hassle of legal actions as it's pretty time consuming but it's the principle of being overcharged for my account when I cancelled it. I have put through a couple of tickets but never had any response returned on either.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping Spotify reaches out to me to help resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas would be welcome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'd recommend following the steps in the "Didn't subscribe or don't have an account" section&amp;nbsp;in this support site article&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/why-am-i-being-charged/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. It should also help on how to best reach out to Spotify's support team so they can take a look backstage for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that if, in the meanwhile, you receive an automated reply directing you to the help pages to reply to it, even if it's from a no-reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, you should be able to get Support from Spotify &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. You can also reach out to them by Twitter &lt;A href="https://www.twitter.com/spotifycares" target="_self"&gt;@SpotifyCares&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or &lt;A href="https://facebook.com/SpotifyCares" target="_self"&gt;Facebook&lt;/A&gt;.
