I just bought a global spotify gift card for 10 dollars and I cant redeem it even though my country (Bahrain) has spotify. Now, I cant refund the gift card. Can someone please tell me how to redeem this gift card. I tried the redeem option in the account settings is there any other way to redeem this gift card?

Thanks for reaching out.

Physical gift cards are currently not available for the Middle-East or North Africa, including Bahrain. Right now, only E-cards are available.

From where did you get the Gift Card?

Please keep in mind that gift cards are not currently available in Bahrain. In this case, I'd suggest reaching out to your mobile provider for more information regarding redeeming or a refund.
