Cannot Purchase Premium

Hello! I am trying to purchase the 3 month subscription for .99c, however the site continues to deny my payment. I was originally using an American Express gift card (not yet used, however it is activated) and tried multiple times. I then switched to a different (Visa) giftcard and received the same message again. Just wondering what I am doing wrong!

I checked out the link, and I guess I'll just see if I can buy a spotify gift card. The only problem is that I won't be able to get the .99c deal this way.
