&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound good but let's try to troubleshoot. First of all, can you check if&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited&amp;nbsp;to your account). You can double check this by going to your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;Subscription Page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;confirming your next payment date is more than 1&amp;nbsp;month away.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Secondly, in regards to not having your account show up as Premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;subscription page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Your status should be&amp;nbsp;Premium.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it says Premium, try signing out and back into the app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;If that doesn't work, then try a &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstallation&lt;/A&gt; of the Spotify client.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox.&amp;nbsp;Make sure you're signing in with the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;username on that receipt&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. I&lt;/SPAN&gt;f the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
