&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you either didn't successfully&amp;nbsp;apply for the Premium trial, or you upgraded another account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We first advise you to log out, and log back in with the right credentials for the Premium account. A free trial should still show you that you have a Premium status. Check out this &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_self"&gt;help article&lt;/A&gt; to look for other accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I tried logging out, empty date cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled the spotify app and it's still showing me as a free account. Am I still getting the free 30-day trial as a "Free" member status?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
