Cannot use TransferWise debit cards

This issue was raised earlier in other topic but I cannot make my comments there. So let me reignite this debate.

Our family have a family account. As you may know euro is not yet the default currency in Hungary and my credit card provider exchanges foreign currencies at a bit unfair rate (3-4% "loss" on each transaction)

Unfortunately I even can't use my TransferWise debit card because it was issued by a German bank. The nice thing is that TW is required to check your identity including permanent address due to legal compliance beforing issuing a card so TW does know that I am living in Hungary despite that I have card from Germany.

May Spotify make an arrangement with TW somehow to know where the user really lives instead of relying on country information encoded in card number?
