Though, when I've tried to input the code under "redeem" on my profile, it says that "the&amp;nbsp;code doesn't seem to be valid". It's not a pin, but a 13-digit code containing mostly letters. I'm not sure what to do to make it work to get my subscription, and neither does my commissioner. Can someone tell me what to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
