My Question or Issue

Hello,

For the past year and a bit I was subscribed to Spotify Premium using my studnet discount, however in the last month I had a problem regarding my bank and online banking, this intern caused me to revert back to free use of spotify as the payment was unable to come out. I have now sorted the problem regarding the bank but the premium for students is no longer avaliable as my college is no longer an option, I am looking to see if there is a way to revert the process as financially I am unable to support the £9.99 a month whilst also being a frequent user of the app?

To confirm, your card couldn’t take the payment, so you’re reverted back to Free, and would like to join Premium for Students?

Yes that is correct, however my college is no longer an option when I was looking to sign up again which I do not understand?
