Hello, Spotify is deducting a monthly fees from my visa for premium services however im not getting any and when i try to cancel it from subscription page there is no cancellation button, please help

It sounds like you might have an extra account with us. It's very easy to create a Spotify account so find out using this page if this is the case. Once you find your Premium account, you can use these instructions to close your Free account. This will avoid confusion.
