Did you get the e-mail from Spotify with the receipt of the purchase?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, you can just cancel the Premium for Family plan and once the Premium period is over, just subscribe to the regular Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you think you are eligible for a &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/refund-policy/" target="_blank"&gt;refund&lt;/A&gt;, you should get in contact with Spotify customer services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;There are a few ways to contact them.
