      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brazil&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone XS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iOS 12.1.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For the last 6 months (since my credit card was cloned and I had to provide another one), I've been paying for the service twice a month.&lt;BR /&gt;My credit card bill shows a debt in the amount of R$ 16,90 to EBAX/Spotify Curitiba, and another one in the amount of R$ 25,90 to the iTunes store, concerning my Spotify account (as I checked on my Purchase Historic).&lt;BR /&gt;What can I do to cancel this second payment without losing my Premium account? And how do I get refund?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey dude&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the payment thru iTunes is not a valid payment anymore for a Spotify account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im in the same situation as u but for 24 month. I talked to Apple and they said they only refund 2 month. Wich is completly insane.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
