I'm trying to use my gift card but it doesn't work.

Look what i did :

-account

-Redeem

-Enter the Pin (back of the gift card) and my postal code

Can someone helpme please

Thanks for reaching out.

You should be able to redeem the Gift Card at https://spotify.com/redeem.

Keep in mind that Gift Cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, Premium for Students, or trial offers.
