Can Someone Help me Im From Philippines And Im Buying Subcription Student Package I Used American Express Virtual Card I put Everything Correctly And I click Next It Says Card Fail But I Recieve A Message From Card That I made A Trancsaction And When i check my Account it still on free but i already payed Please Help me

That’s strange. Could you check your online bank statement (if available to you) to see if the charge is pending? If it is, please log into your account - and tell me what plan you’re subscribed to.
