Someone can answer to me. I try to write in english... I choose spotify free for 30 days and spotify charge to me credit card. I never use this option before...Why??

Hey @Isabou.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We understand you never used Premium. But perhaps your payment method has been used for Premium for a friend or family member of yours? That would make you not eligible for a trial as well.

We'd also like to mention that the free trial is only for a regular subscription and not for a Premium for Family subscription.
