Current Annual Premium - Want Family - How

I am currently an annual Premium subscriber, my subscription doesn't end until 1/19/2020, I thought the premium included the family but I was mistaken, I need to rectify this to get the Premium for Family. Since there is no annual subscription allowed for this, how would I go about doing this with the money that has already been paid. If I cancel, is the remainder given back to me or is there a way to apply it to your monthly fees since there is not option for the annual on this particular service. Your help is appreciated.

Not to worry! You can upgrade your yearly subscription to Family Plan. It's going to convert your remaining Premium time into Premium For Family.
