My Question or Issue

I had Spotify student discount for a year as a Sixth Form college student and they have changed my plan to £9.99 and haven’t given me the option to continue my discount for £4.99

Hey there @Amirahpatel_!

You can renew your student plan two times and have it for 3 years in total. You can read more about the whole student discount here. Hope this helps. Have a nice day 🙂

It doesn’t let me, it now says I must be over the age of 18 going to a university, even though I had the unidays student discount for the past year.

You need to verify by SheerId to be accepted to the student plan. Can you please:

Open this page in an incognito window to apply for the Student Discount.
You may have claimed the discount on another Spotify account. You can check this if you have another account.
Your school school is listed. If you didn’t see your school in the list during sign up, you may not be eligible right now. But you can request to have your school/university added to the list here.

If that doesn't work, please come back with a screenshot of the error message.
