My Question or Issue

my payment method expired, i changed my payment information to my debit card and i was charged 9.99 instead of my 4.99 student premium. is there anywhere this can be resolved and i can get refunded the extra amount i was charged?

I'm very sorry to hear this. Can you please let me know when was the last time you verified your student status or when did you register for the Premium for Students?

Also, has the transaction gone through or if it’s still showing as pending or processing?

Hello!

The last time i verified my student subscription was january. The funds were already pulled out of my account.
