The payment got deducted through UPI but my premium didn't get activated. Can anyone check what is the issue? I am attaching the screenshot too for further reference.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I'd recommend clicking on '+VOTE' in this Ongoing Issue. That way, Spotify will know that more than one user is experiencing this issue.

same here, just now paid via upi and it didnt get activated,

came to community just to post the same question.

It activated for u or it get refunded. ur help will be really useful. thanks 🙂

the same problem is happening again, payments are charged but the premium is not activating...

We'd first recommend logging out and back in a couple of times. This can help synchronize the information on your account so that you can see your Premium features.

If this doesn't do the trick, you could try waiting a few hours as there's a chance that your payment is still being processed.

Hi, I purchased the ₹99 Premium Standard 3-month offer today. The payment was successful and the amount has been deducted from my account, but Premium is still not activated on my Spotify account. I have already checked my account plan, logged out and logged back in, and verified that I am using the correct account.

Please help activate the subscription or process a refund if the payment failed.
