My Question or Issue

Hi!!!! for some reason a few days ago my spotify will no longer let me skip songs from the lock screen OR when its connected to my vehicle bluetooth. is there a fix for this?! 😕

Could you let me know if this started happening after an update or an specific event?

Also, try logging out from the app and then log back in.

i believe it happened after i updated my samsung to the new oreo update 😕

Have you tried logging out from the app and then log back in?

If this doesn't help, please reinstall the app and let me know if it works.
