My Question or Issue

I'm still attending college and was last year so I signed up and got my Spotify premium for students at £4.99 a month, my plan has just renewed for the year but it's gone up to £9.99 and when I try to change it to a student plan it won't let me as apparently my college isn't correct or can't be found... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

thanks for posting in the community!

Spotify verify their student status through a third-party service called SheerID.

If you don't see your school in the list during sign up, you are not eligable at the moment.

However, you can request to have your school/university added to the list here.

For more information, needed to verify your student status, check out your student support page.
