My Question or Issue

Spotify is trying to charge me for family premium even though I have never chosen it. I have 13 euros on my bank account ready to pay for the 9.99€ version but it didn't work. When I tried to change my subscription to 9.99€ a month I was told I wasn't authorized for it.
