My Question or Issue

Hi team,

I'm looking to claim for the Google Home mini however when I click the 'Already have Premium or Home' button on the claim page, it redirects me to purchase family. Hitting the 'switch plan' button to what I am currently paying for, Student Premium, just tells me I am currently subscribed and does not allow me to register interest.

I have read the terms and conditions and the eligibility section says that anyone who is paying subscription for memebership is deemed a premium user so my Student Premium should be eligible?

Please let me know as I would like to claim.
