Can I get a free google mini speaker offer without entering my card details in to google store. As it’s supposedly free I don’t see why I need to supply details?

They wanted me to pay $53 for the free speaker. They don’t supply the promo code even though I’m a premium member. It’s a waste of time and a scam.
