My Question or Issue

I bought a gift card myself today since I don't currently have a credit card to be debited on, at the price of R$50, which would give me three months of premium account. But as I tried to redeem the code, turned out that it didn't work. I got a message saying that that premium code isn't valid.

Can someone help me?

Please read the following:

Give the gift of Spotify Premium to family and friends (or even enemies).

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
They're not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, Premium for Students, or trial offers.
Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
Other Terms and Conditions may apply.
