Hi I notice there's a Spotify presale for Bloc Party through Live Nation. How do we get access to the code if we follow the band?

Presale emails are sent to listeners whose Spotify's data shows are the artist’s top fans. First, you should make sure you’re opted in to the Artist Updates emails! Edit your account settings here. If you still didn't receive an email, I'm afraid you’re not eligible on this occasion. You can find more info about this here.

Thanks. Do you know when it's sent out? I see the Spotify pre-sale starts tomorrow? Also, I've recieved them from other artists before. But I have no idea how I become a "top fan"

This emails are sent when the Spotify presale starts. Also, you become one of the artist's by being one of the users who listen to them the most so keep up listening to good music 😄
