Account doesn’t accept my payments

I have two accounts. One is deabm and the other manueldeabe.

both were premium

i tried changing the credit card and none is accepted. I did all things suggested in your page and I also checked with the bank and credit card company many times.

i continue receiving the same message. There was a problem with your payment

What happens when you try to process payment, or update your details? If there is an error message, please send me a screenshot (hide sensitive info before posting to the community).

Also, try using a different browser or incognito mode.
