Are offline songs still playable if I move to a country without spotify?

If I subscribed to premium in the country I'm currently in, Malaysia and then move to Pakistan, which doesn't currently 'have' spotify. Will I still be able to listen to offline songs downloaded via Spotify?

EDIT: nevermind, I found some similar questions with solutions. I'm sorry,my bad.

EDIT#2: just in case anyone finds themselves here, the solutions pointed out that you can listen to your music anywhere in the world as long as you had paid for premium(possibly from the country that had spotify service) but required an Internet connection every 30 days to verify that your subscription was still in effect. (I'm sorry if I'm misinformed about anything here)

Spotify is now available in Pakistan. If you are still living there this should make accessing Spotify easier.
