      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now: Free / trying to subscribe Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plilippines&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laptop Lenovo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While trying to subscribe for Premium with my PayPal account (same country, confirmed, limits are raised etc...) constantly get the same error: "&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later.&lt;/SPAN&gt;" (screenshot is attached). Please help me to avoid it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They said their securiry dystem blocks my spotify spotify related operations (I do not use PP account for other purposes now) as suspesious... And they refuse to help((( Donno what to do((&lt;/P&gt;</description>
