    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;So I've been trying to downgrade from the premium family plan to the student discount plan because I no longer have anyone on my spotify family plan and I have my student status verified. I'm basically overpaying for nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although some posts say it takes a billing cycle, it's gone through 3 billing cycles and still nothing. What can I do?? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
