Prepaid Premium Cancellation

I activated Spotify Premium in India but I want to change over to another country where I live. (Because it has more content than in India)

Help sections everywhere mention to cancel the subscription and then change the country. Sadly, I don't see any cancellation option. Is there any way of moving my subscription to a new country. Money/refund is not an issue. I just want to be able to listen to the content here.

There's steps on changing your country here. If you're not seeing the cancel option, please try canceling your subscription here.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I've tried the solutions you've suggested. It's some weird interaction with the prepaid plan and I'm not able to solve it through the FAQs.

Since you have a Prepaid Premium time, you won't be able to cancel your subcription. All you'll have to do is wait until your Premium time expires, and then resubscribe with a payment method from the country where you are. The country in your account will change automatically.
