I tried to find a contact number and failed to the point where I eventually gave up and forgot to follow up due to other responsibilities. I found this community and I feel that it is unfortunate that I have to jump through hoops and loops to get an issue such as this (<STRONG>unauthorized additional charges</STRONG>) to be reviewed and stopped. &nbsp;I really need this issue to be resolved I enjoy Spotify that’s why I haven’t cancelled as I have hope to get reimbursed for the charges I did not approve.
