Issue:

I had my spotify account change from Premium to free couple of days ago, i am paying through Playstation which is withdrawn automatically from my bank account, i tried to logout and login again but nothing helps.

Please advise.

That's odd.

Does your subscription page say that you've got Spotify Premium? And a restart of your devices can also help sometimes. ^^

Thx Nico, unfortunately it says now it is 'Free' which i don't know why although i see the transaction is done on my bank account.
