My Question:

Why is the Spotify Premium Family package (at $14.99 a month) not eligible for the Google Home Mini? I have been a subscriber since 2016 as a Premium member at that, yet now that i have my family using your service i am forgotten?

My "resolution", from support:

Please note, discounted subscriptions cannot be combined with special promos as they were already adjusted based on the agreed market rates.

Don't worry, we'll hit you up once we have something new for the Family plan users 🙂

Moral of the Story:

Paying more for a product, attracting family users and more branding means...nothing. I just pay more money.
