My Question or Issue:

I received the email to reedeem my Google Home Mini, but when I click on 'Get It Now', it takes me to a page where it asks me to subscribe to a family plan. How can I reedem it?

Please log in to your Spotify.com account on a browser. Once you're logged in, go back to that email you received, and click 'Get it now'. It should then direct you to your account with further steps.
