Unable to redeem Google Home Mini promo

My Question or Issue

I received my email saying "Your device is now available", but when I click the Get it now button and once I get to the Google Store, the devices or either out of stock or coming soon, but when I go to the actual Google Store, the devices are available. Is there a way to get me the promo code so I can just apply it during the purchase?
