Hello,

I just signed up to Spotify using my own private email address got the URL for the free home mini followed through the purchase and a few minutes later received an email from Google saying that it was canceled as they were unable to verify some information??? of course now the email link no longer works?
please advise.

I have the same problem, really poor customer service from Spotify. They don’t do anything to help me, they are just repeating it’s google fault when it’s their fault.

100% I will unsubscribe.

I am hopeful that they will respond. But agreed if they don't I will be canceling and asking for my $9.99 back. I know for 100% its not googles fault I also have that in writing from google so.
